Tracy Worthy was born in Hempstead Long Island, New York on May 19, 1962. She went home to be with her Lord on July 4, 2014. She is gone from our sight, but not from our mind and our hearts. She is much loved and will always be remembered by all her family and friends. We will truly miss her infectious smile, her outgoing personality, and her effervescent spirit.

Tracy will forever be in my heart. I spoke to you in June, and as is your nature, you were upbeat and positive. My heart broke when I learned of your passing almost two weeks later.
